An automated cartridge and pods filling machine for cannabis distillates (oil) that is apt of filling, plugging, and capping (screw and/or press-on caps) at a minimum of 100 cartridges per minute with minimal waste, accurateness within at least +/- 10% or better, requires only three operators to run the line, can handle viscous to liquid-like products, quick change-overs between SKU's, and can operate the entire fill range in the industry from 0.1ml, 0.25ml,
This system is designed to automate the process from de-assembly to final packaging. The solution's final packaging can be manual or automated, depending on the final packaging. There are options for blister packaging, glass and plastic tube packing with or without CRC caps, glass and plastic capsule packing with or without CRC caps, and numerous cartoning options.
