For integration with Capmatic® or other filling systems, the Alpha™ series of machines, with its sequential mechanical movement, are ideal for crimping and capping a broad range of products with conventional or unusually shaped caps or bottles.
The Alpha™ 's low-profile monoblock design is simple to clean and maintain since it is made from durable aluminum and stainless steel.
On the machine's front and rear are removable S.S. access doors that enable rapid access to all internal hardware and electrical controls. All sensors and cables are encased in stainless steel for protection, to facilitate cleaning, and to prevent cross-contamination.
The Alpha™ is constructed to cGMP standards and rigorously tested to suit your specifications.
